Recent recall participants (19,000 to start) received a postcard to rate the service at a Saab Official Service Center.  Requesting feedback is a great way to continue to build important awareness of the Saab Original brand while promoting the original services ONLY offered through an OSC.  We will run this campaign throughout the recall program.

Important details

  • Some of your customer may not have access to the internet.  Your solution is to have them contact Saab Customer Assistance at 800-955-9007
  • If a consumer fills out the survey, we will send them a Saab Griffin key chain
  • Each consumer is provided a unique code (the code can only be used once)
  • Mailings will drop bi-weekly
